A week or so ago we were at the mall to do some Christmas shopping and just happened to see that Santa would be back at 6pm. We finished our shopping, grabbed a bite to eat and then stood in line to meet Santa for the first time. As we stood in line Camryn was quite nervous to meet him. We asked her if she was going to sit on his lap and tell him what she wanted but she absolutely didn't want to do that. She had made up her mind that she wanted to stand and that she was only going to tell him that she wanted a surprise. Kylie, on the other hand, was quite anxious to tell him all about what she wanted this year. When it was finally our turn, I thought we were going to have some tears (not tears of joy, either), but both girls managed to hold it together. Kylie sat next to Santa just long enough to snap one picture and then saw that Camryn wasn't sitting either and so both girls stood and told Santa from afar what they wanted. Here are some pictures: The whole way home the girls were talking about their experience and Camryn especially kept asking questions about Santa and where his sleigh and reindeer were...I hope she doesn't figure too much out too fast...
