The Journey Continues

Just a small post to tell our progress with attempting to sell the house. We have now made up some flyers to put by the sign in the front yard and have actually had a few taken. One of people that took a flyer actually called yesterday to set up a showing of the house today! Here's hoping she likes the house and wants to buy it house right away! ;)Right... Besides the flyers we have planted grass in the area where we had the pool and any bare spots in the yard. We have also contacted an MLS site online that lets you list your house on the MLS system without having a realtor involved. Hopefully tonight we will finish up the paperwork and our house will be online by the end of the week! Here's to staying positive!
