Busy Weekend

Well, we finally did it. We took Camryn in to get her hair cut on Saturday and to our surprise, she did very well. We weren't sure how she would be in the chair, but she held very still and even let the lady blow dry her hair! This is huge for her because anytime I blow dry my hair she leaves the bathroom and makes me shut the door. Casey is thrilled that she got her hair cut because it is much easier to comb through her hair now that it is a a little bit shorter!









The picture makes it look like we chopped it, but really she only got about 3 inches taken off.

We also took Camryn sledding this weekend with her new purple sled that she got from Santa. We took her over to Gage and to our delight we were the only ones there. The first run down the hill was a little traumatic for Camryn. She went down with Casey and although the hill is not that big at all, with Casey's weight in the sled with her they hit the bottom of the hill a little hard which made snow fly into both their faces. If you can imagine this, Camryn started crying immediately! We somehow talked her into the sled again by telling her Casey would just pull her around for a while. After 5 minutes of that she was ready to go back on the hill by herself, and sledding only halfway down the hill. I think if it hadn't been so cold she would have gone down this way about a million times! Kylie came out of the car for picture sake only, but her poor little nose got red so fast I had to stay in the car with her!
